We can deliver the flowers you ordered anywhere in the city of Calgary.
We appreciate receiving orders for next day delivery by 4PM however orders received by 10 am can typically be delivered the same day. Please note: THIS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED due to weather, driver availability and other uncertainties. We have no same day delivery either Saturday or Sunday.
Urgent floral orders, with tight deadlines, should be made by telephone so we can verbally confirm delivery dates and times with you.

Delivery rates for the first piece:
- Citywide delivery $18.
- Outside city limits $25. to $35.
- Springbank $30.
- Bearspaw $25.
- Airdire $30.
- Cochrane $30.
- Chestermere $25.
- Elbow Valley $30.
- DeWinton $30.
Additional pieces
to the same address are an additional $3. each
Due to the high volume of deliveries at the busy periods of Valentine's Day, Secretary's Week, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas web orders need to be received by us a minimum of 48 hours in advance for a specified delivery day.
If you have missed this deadline please telephone as we can verbally confirm the possibility of delivery of orders placed within tighter time frames.

Can I order flowers for delivery out of town?
Yes, we can deliver Twigs' arrangements to communities around Calgary, though the costs will vary with time & distance. For other cities, we have reciprocal arrangements with quality florists in other cities who can deliver fresh flowers in those cities. We cannot, however, guarantee delivery times becuase they are out of our control.

How fast are web orders processed?
Web orders will be processed whenever they are received, and overnight orders are typically processed first thing the next business day (typically Monday through Friday).
If you have not received a confirmation within a reasonable amount of time (say two hours, or by 10 am the next business day) please phone us, so we are aware an order was placed.
As much as the Internet is supposed to be designed to able to withstand a nuclear atack, e-mail is notoriously unreliable and can be delayed along the way for a number of reasons entirely beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery time to a specific location due to weather, driver availability, and other uncertainties. We will, however, make every reasonable effort, if given adequate advance notice.
